Error 25122 when installing System Center Virtualization 4.6 Management Server (2011-2-12)

I run in to some errors when I was installing System Center Application Virtualization (App-V) 4.6 Management Server on Windows server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 either through a typical installation option or a custom option that includes the Application Virtualization Management Web Service.
